Yasmin Afifi

Yasmin serves as the captain of her high school’s Public Forum Debate Team. In addition to creating a system for training new debaters and assisting younger students in developing both their oratory and analytical skills, Yasmin also represents her school by competing in varsity-only debate tournaments. Yasmin is the chief assistant director of Kumon Learning Center, a private tutor, the student president of Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity Youth United, a National Honor Society member, and a four-year member of the Speech Club and the Debate Team.
