Ruth is majoring in engineering and was captain of her high school Robotics Team, winner of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Science Fair, and was selected for the Rutgers Summer Program for Girls in Engineering and Technology. Having helped care for two autistic siblings throughout her childhood, she believes that “engineers use scientific principles to create innovations that can better the world.”
