"My name is Rose, and I’m from Oxford, Massachusetts, a small town in the tri-state corner of New England. I graduated from Marianapolis Prep in Thompson, Connecticut, where I took a balance of courses, but especially loved my AP Psychology and Biology! I enjoy staying active in sports, especially basketball and equestrian, and plan to continue club sports in college. I believe that anyone can reach their goals by living life with passion. My passion has always been about science, specifically the biology of our diverse planet. I am super excited to be studying marine biology and environmental science at Florida Southern College for the next four years!! I’ve come to know that one of my goals is to make a lasting impact in the environment around us and change our future for the better. Thank you so much to NSHSS for helping me achieve my dreams!!"
