Guadalupe is enamored with the power of the pen. She created her school’s newspapers club, and she allows students to publish their thoughts with the option to use a pseudonym. Guadalupe aspires to one day run for political office in hopes of representing underrepresented groups. She organizes and participates in protests, and she reads and watches the news each day to stay informed and also to ensure her efforts are strategically, calculated. Guadalupe is president of the National Honors Society, and she is ranked 1st in her class.
