"For my Eagle Scout project, I wanted to do something related to my interests and skills. Having recently obtained a 3D Printer, I was interested in uses beyond trinkets. News coverage was on 3D Printed handguns, but I discovered a way it could be used for good: 3D Printed Prosthetics. I had been involved in large projects, but not with this level of detail. From sourcing materials, fundraising, reserving the building, and answering questions at the build events, I learned a LOT. I also learned that if you want to change the world, you need to put your personal skills to use, and find a way to inspire others to work together for a good cause."
