Chezalyn is majoring in chemistry. She intends to pursue a career in anesthesiology. She decided she wanted to be an anesthesiologist in her first high school chemistry course, where she completely fell in love with the complexity of the field. Since coming in second in her second grade science fair, Chezalyn has enjoyed participating in science fairs. She has also conducted many experiments in her own time to answer questions she has about chemistry. She has been described as having the perfect mindset for science.
