Kolby Keo

Director, International Affairs

Kolby Keo is a Director of International Affairs at FGS Global. In this role, Kolby serves as a trusted public diplomacy and communications advisor to clients around the world. He previously managed external affairs for the University of California Washington Program and served as a legislative aide to former U.S. Representative Alan Lowenthal, advocating for the largest Khmer community outside Cambodia.

Kolby is deeply committed to civic leadership, serving as Chair Emeritus of the Conference on Asian Pacific American Leadership and as a past president of Young Professionals in Foreign Policy. A proud graduate of UC Irvine, where he graduated summa cum laude, Kolby has been a prominent figure in NSHSS leadership as a Fellow and Trustee. Members may recognize him as the engaging MC of NSHSS’s annual Scholar’s Days.
