Angelina founded Youth Voice Activate, a “hunger alleviation program that distributes donated food to low-income and undocumented families.” Angelina has worked to receive four national grants and manages a team of over 30 students. Youth Voice Activate has provided meals to over 800 families. Angelina is interested in studying business and public policy in college to continue her efforts to meet various community needs. Angelina has participated in the AMIGOS Youth Ambassadors Program and is the founder and president of La Fuerza (The Force) Club, which exposes students to college readiness information. Angelina has volunteered in the Dominican Republic through AMIGOS Volunteer Summer Program.
