Kolby Keo’s extensive experience in public diplomacy and communications has made him a trusted leader in international relations. As Director of International Affairs at FGS Global, Kolby develops and executes comprehensive public diplomacy campaigns. Previously, he managed external affairs for the University of California Washington Program and served as a legislative aide to U.S. Representative Alan Lowenthal, advocating for the largest Khmer community outside Cambodia.
Kolby is also deeply committed to civic leadership, serving as Chair of the Conference on Asian Pacific American Leadership and as a past president of Young Professionals in Foreign Policy. A proud graduate of UC Irvine, where he graduated summa cum laude, Kolby has been a prominent figure in NSHSS leadership as a Fellow and Trustee. Members may recognize him as the engaging MC of NSHSS’s annual Scholar’s Days.
